Currently I am studying entrepreneurship. This is a course designed to learn more about what life as an entrepreneur is like, rather than learning the specific methods needed to start and run a business.
One thing that has really stood out to me in my studies this week is the importance of maximizing every opportunity to the full extent. While expectations may be much lower than we are capable of, there is so much opportunity lost in personal development and other areas.
I’m looking forward to understanding more about what makes an entrepreneur. I understand that entrepreneurship is finding opportunities to make money through businesses or other means. However, I’m interested in learning what characteristics that successful entrepreneurs have. What are some common things that motivate them? What kind of energy does it take? What kind of sacrifices must be made to be successful? What are the rewards that are unique to entrepreneurship?
